Mrs. Rekha Shah,born on 16^th October 1971,was president and founder member of Mahila Kala Shikska Aur Seva Kendra, She demised on 28^th February 2015. Mrs. Rekha Shah was launched with the objective to enhance the role of civil society in achieving pro-poor development from since inception. The foundation of Society for Mahila Kala Shiksha AurSeva Kendra, popularly known as MKSSK on the 3^rd October 2002 at Khidderpore Kolkata. She was long time diligence and sustainability to be succession on behalf of the governing body. She was creating a model “Health care Cum Social welfare Unit’ and vocational training course.
